We at Nikki develop high-performance, highly reliable mechanical components with short delivery times, and also implement control circuit design and control software design and development to fully exploit the performance of mechanical components, and propose optimal systems that integrate mechanical design and control design. We have also proposed systems tailored to customer requirements regarding engines that use environmentally conscious gas fuels and gasoline-fueled engines that comply with various regulations.
We at Nikki will contribute to the realization of carbon neutrality by customizing the mechatronics technology that we have cultivated through flow control technology, electronic control technology and electronic circuit (sensing) technology.

Testing product performance and reliability is an essential process for research and development. We at Nikki meet a wide range of customer needs, including OEM supply and contract development for automobile and commercial vehicle manufacturers.
The results of experiments conducted in development are analyzed and immediately feedback to the technology/development, contributing to the continuous improvement of research and development (PDCA).
In addition, we are fully equipped with a three-type mixed CNG production facility that can reproduce the calorific value of CNG fuel in countries and regions around the world, and equipment that can evaluate products and parts that use hydrogen gas, which is attracting attention as a clean energy.

The Production Engineering Department establishes manufacturing technologies to supply products that meet the various needs of our customers created through research and development and that consistently satisfy our customers, with the mission of manufacturing products with the highest priority on quality. Under the slogan of "Let's create flow, let's connect flow," we are committed to improving the production process to achieve quality, cost, delivery, and safety (QCDS) that meet customer expectations from parts input to product shipment, and to flexible production methods that eliminate waste, thereby delivering superior products to the world.

The quality assurance department assures the quality of products that are researched and developed based on flow control technology, electronic control technology, and electronic circuit technology, and manufactured by the production line with production technology. We, Nikki, have not only obtained certifications of international standards for quality assurance (IATF16949, ISO9001), but also established a quality assurance system based on our technology and experience.
In order to enhance the accuracy of our quality assurance, Nikki has always installed the latest inspection equipment that enables highly accurate and efficient measurements, and conducts thorough quality inspections.
